Currently we are available for either Joint Venture Partner
or Agent services in the following areas of International Commercial and Financial Transactions and Public
Policy and Administration:
(1) International Trade, Finance and Government
Relations;
(2) Regional Political, Economic and Social
Development; and,
(3) Human Rights, Amnesty,
Asylum, Refugees and other Migratory and Displaced Person issues and local and Regional Community Empowerment Campaigns.
Within
each of the above broad areas, we are available to represent, advise, partner with and assist you, in country, within the
Emerging Markets of Mexico, Venezuela, CARICOM, and the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP), at any
stage of your issue, matter, project or campaign from inception to successful conclusion, adjudication, funding
or enactment.
As
an adjunct to our transactional work, we also provide investigative, regulatory compliance and oversight audits, reviews and
analyses, fraud detection and prevention, and other similar services.
If
we do not have the "in-house" capacity to successfully discharge the obligations under any contract to provide the intended
services, excepting for "force majeure" reasons, we will contract local counsel and representation for our own account, at
no additional cost to you.
In the event an outside counsel or other third party is introduced by us, the your
identity will not be revealed to said third party, and they will not be given access to you or your property, without
express written instructions and permission therefor, executed by you, in our exclusive and non-delegable favor.
